The preocupations regarding the professionalisation of the staff involved in the continuing education of adults cover both the delivering of furher training courses for updating, improving, developing different psychopedagogical and managerial competencies, as well as carrying on applied researches for developing the concepts of flexible career paths and for continuing professional development: setting up the framework of qualification and of competencies for adult educator in the knowledge society; developing the tools for validation of the didactic competencies of dealing with adults, acquired in non/formal and informal settings, etc.

As an expression of these preocupations, IREA offers you the next services:

  • Training programmes

    The European Master in Adult Education (EMAE), which is aiming to qualify its students for professional work in European contexts in the field of adult education and learning.

     
  • Assessment center

    Romanian Institute for Adult Education – IREA, through its Assessment Centre, offers you the possibility to acquire the professional competence certificate for the occupation of TRAINER. IREA was authorized as assessment centre for the occupation of TRAINER from 27 august 2008 by the National Adult Training Board (CNFPA).
